AOS Active Optical Systems, LLC (AOS), maintains a QMS which meets or exceeds the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and specific customer and statutory and regulatory requirements.

Our quality policy is to provide our customers with exceptional products that meet their expectations of quality and value through integrity, innovation, continuous improvement, and our commitment to the quality management system. AOS continually monitors our quality system and company processes to ensure customer satisfaction, adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements and achievement of our quality objectives.

The quality policy, and overall quality management system, was established by AOS Leadership to demonstrate our commitment to quality and establish a framework to achieve our quality objectives and meet customer expectations. Leadership will act to ensure that its quality policy is understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels in the company.

AOS Leadership is committed to providing the support and resources for compliance to and continual improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. All employees shall have appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities, and AOS is committed to providing our employees with on-going training and professional development. AOS recognizes competent and dedicated employees are the foundation for realizing and maintaining a quality organization.

Every employee in the organization influences quality; therefore, all employees will have a proper understanding of the quality management system, customer requirements, AOS processes, and their individual responsibilities therein. All employees are encouraged to exercise risk-based thinking and empowered to initiate improvement actions.

The aim of the QMS is to meet customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction. Management will ensure risks and opportunities are addressed and all relevant requirements are determined, understood, and met through a lens of customer-focused processes and management of customer satisfaction.
